Any product you purchase from our store typically takes 4-8 business days to deliver. Note:  Due to the global pandemic, there can be slight delays in your orders. You can contact us at if your product is not shipped in the mentioned timeline.

You can change your order(s) if the item is not shipped. Please send your order number(s) to our customer service for correction.

You can order by selecting any product from our website. Then, special sizing and click add to cart. accepts PayPal, Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover Cards for Payments.

It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
We’ll send you an e-mail once we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. 
Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. Depending on your payment method issuer, this typically takes ten working days in the UK. 

A gift voucher will be issued instead.
If you’ve returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 24 hours for all your returns to be completed.

Your tracking link will be able to provide up-to-date information on the status of your order.
